Some riders cannot use the fixed route buses even though the buses "kneel" and are lift equipped. The B-NPTS operates a special curb-to-curb bus service for those riders who cannot use fixed route buses. Eligibility for "Special" bus service is based on criteria which have been adopted by the B-NPTS Board of Trustees. "Special" bus services are available during the same operating hours and on the same days as fixed route services.
