The State of Illinois will be mailing out new postcards for disabled persons who qualify for the Illinois Circuit Breaker Program. Persons who applied after January 1, 2009 will automatically receive the new white card with blue text identification postcard in the mail. If persons applied before this date, they will need to reapply to the Circuit Breaker program in order to get the new identification postcard.
