Community Transportation Needs Assessment
Early in
2003, Perteet Engineering, Inc. of Everett, Washington
completed a study for the B-NPTS to assess the availability
of public transportation services in the Bloomington-Normal
community and the relationship of such services to the
current and future need for such services. The study

Because implementation
of the study recommendations entails a significant increase
in the amount of funding required of the City of Bloomington
and Town of Normal in support of B-NPTS operations,
the study has been forwarded on to the City and Town
for review and action.
